RaeAnn Dombrowski, LCSW

RaeAnn Dombrowski, LCSW

RaeAnn specializes in working with youth, adolescents, and families struggling with an array of mental health needs and relational impairments related to trauma, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, addiction, truancy/chronic absenteeism, criminal/legal involvement, grief/loss, anger/aggression, family discord, defiance/non-compliance, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, self-esteem, motivation, and spirituality.

RaeAnn is committed to providing her clients with a safe space to explore their inner experience(s) and explore the impact it has on their current functioning and overall well-being.

She understands that life doesn’t come with a rule book, making it easy to fall into habits and patterns that our system and/or the outside world deem unproductive. She believes healing comes when you find a purpose for your pain; and hope is restored by the confidence in that purpose.

By using a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy, RaeAnn is able to meet the needs of her clients by offering support, skills, and guidance toward enhancing self-leadership. RaeAnn is humbled by the opportunity to share in her client’s journey as they heal, rebuild, and rediscover their innate vitality.
