Finding the right counselor for you and/or your family is essential for growth and progress. Tara specializes in working with children, adolescents, teens and adults with ADD/ADHD, Anxiety Disorder(s), Developmental Delays, Depression, Grief & Loss, Social Thinking, Autism Spectrum and Life Transitions.
In addition to her work in private practice, Tara served as a certified school counselor in the public school system from 2003-2018. Her time in the public schools allowed her to provide a unique level of support to children and their families.
Tara established Main Street Counseling, LLC in 2011 with the goal of providing therapeutic services in a comfortable, safe and growth-minded environment. As a mother herself, she has an understanding and appreciation of the complexities and challenges of parenting in today’s world.
The dynamics of parenting are shifting as the academic and social expectations change at a fast pace for our children. Tara is ready to collaborate with you to best meet the needs of your family.
